Édesapja Homicskó János, édesanyja Kunsztory Juliánna. Felesége Miksevics Erzsébet. Teológiai tanulmányait Ungváron folytatta. 1893. december 24-én szentelte pappá Firczák Gyula munkácsi püspök.
1901-től szolgált az USA-ban. A Philadelphia-i esperesi kerület esperese volt 1925-1928 között.
