Biographical data
He was a second-generation Hungarian. His parents were Mihály Iván and Erzsébet Walatka. His wife was Eugénia Saksou. They had four children. He was ordained a priest on April 1, 1917. While hunting in the Moosic Mountains, he bled to death after being accidentally shot in the right thigh.
