Biographical data

He began his high school studies at the Benedictine High School in Győr and completed them in 1942 at the Cistercian High School in Székesfehérvár. From 1942 to 1946, he attended a military cadet school. He passed his high school graduation exam in 1948 at the Reálgimnázium on Szerb Street. He then began studying at the Technical University, but left the country in 1948. On September 15, 1948, he entered the order in Pullach. From 1952 to 1954, he studied philosophy in Leuven, and then studied theology from 1957 to 1960. He was ordained a priest in Chantilly on September 7, 1959. His ashes were interred in the crypt of the Jesuit church on Mária Street in Budapest.
