Biographical data
He was ordained a priest in Eger on June 21, 1925. His ministries in Hungary included Demecser, Bátor, Sáta, Törökszentmiklós, and Mezőkövesd; he later served as parish administrator in Borsodivánka, Sajógalgóc, and Jásztelek. Later, he served as an assistant pastor in Bodony, Kisnána, Mezőtárkány, Bátor, Jászárokszállás, and, from 1943 to 1945, in Kunszentmárton. From there, he was transferred to Diósgyőr, after which he emigrated. He arrived in Argentina on January 19, 1949; he served as a chaplain in San Isidro and La Plata, and in his final years, he was a hospital chaplain in Buenos Aires. He suffered from severe diabetes, lived a secluded life, and was remembered as a good confessor. According to records, he loved to read, and whatever little money he had, he spent on theological books.
