Biographical data

He graduated from high school in Kaposvár in 1938. On September 8, 1941, he entered the Franciscan minor seminary in Jászberény. He completed his theological studies at the order’s college in Esztergom, then studied at the János Asztalos Horticultural Technical School in Budapest. He was ordained a priest on June 12, 1955. In 1964, his teaching license was revoked without explanation. He arrived in the United States in 1968.
